Sallma – 8 years old,

Fracture right femur,

treated by Thomas splint for 1 week & caused pressure sores

And then she was referred to our hospital and she had intramedullary elastic nail (Nancy nail); inserted through 2cm incision. The fracture was stable & in a good position & the patient had a good recovery
