Recurrent Dislocation: Revision with captive cup 

> 1year old neglected dislocated THR: Revised with large ceramic head & bone graft

Recurrent dislocation with infection, loosening, shortening with cement & metal behind) 

Had 1st & 2nd stage revision with osteotomy & spacer first, then long stem and captive cup

Intractable infected revision THR (long stem) with a fracture

After implant removal, fracture is obvious and infection is down to the knee

Infection settled after multiple debridement, a spacer  & fracture fixation

Wear & osteolysis: Revision with large ceramic head & bone graft 

Failed hemi + protrusio: revised by acetabular reconstruction & graft
